4. A proof will be sent to you. Once approved, production will begin!

• We are happy to add your team or group's name, numbers, etc. to the chains. If it is not included in the logo, we charge a $10 design fee to add or edit the logo.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES...
• We make our chain necklaces to order, meaning that each one is made just for you! Because of that, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for sizing.
• If there are issues with your order, please message us and we will get you taken care of.

• We work hard to prepare orders and ship within 2-4 business days. For 3D printed items, please allow one week for production, plus shipping time. See below for shipping information.
